What was I thinking?

I once said that for me, getting my hair cut is the equivalent of buying shoes for most girls: it is an obsession.

In high school and my first year out at BYU, I had a different hairstyle every other month and I never got too attached. I lived by the idea that it's just hair so I'll change it how and as often as I please, because it will all come back eventually.

But NOW I've been working so hard to get it long and thats dangerous because I get so bored quickly and I'm likely to cut it all off. Instead of cutting it off though, I did this.

I just wanted a change and Heather made it sound so fun! (P.S. She's amazing. Go see her. Shep Studio)

But it was a bold choice and now I have to think of some super fun hairstyle for my wedding with a haircut I'm barely used to.

Go me.

One down...many more to go

How pathetic is it that I have to create a blog just to keep up with all my little blogger friends?
Actually, not that pathetic. I love my blogging friends and all their efforts and I want to keep up with them. Besides, Spencer says I will love it.

As I plan our wedding, I realize how quickly my life changes and...who knows what really happened a year ago when Spencer and I met? Or anything before that? I need a way to remember. So I will post. And yes, I will be one of those new wives- documenting our cute new life (and anything else on my mind). Granted, we've got four more months to go before we make it official, but now is as good a time as any to join the blogging world with all of you, my friends.

So here is the launch of my very own blog. Enjoy.
